Ego is not static but fluid 

Ego or I what we call as self 

Full of layers and appearances 

When identified with it as a fixed probably it's the constructed 

the socially constructed 

It's good to realise 

and feel the moment rather than struggling to construct even more an I representable.

something people can look at say well done.

rather put your effort and energy in something that makes you feel good instead 

satisfy the within rather the external.  

It is fluid and changes all the time accordingly. 

So give it some trust and let it expand.
