Encounters

How we react to our feelings, emotional or other states.
Encounters, thoughts, experiences, life itself.
What do we do and why we choose or just act in these ways.
Is there a better way to be with ourselves, or we choose just to run away and eliminate everything that makes us feel bad? Do we judge things as good or not good. Do we judge people as good or bad. Do we reject and run away from those who could hurt us, ruin us, change us? As if it's them who are the danger. Instead of looking within us and recognising our own weaknesses and ways to be more solid inside, accepting our own nature as it is instead of victimising, blaming things that are outside, and we come as passive viewers of what is happening to us,
Why not be stronger, why not ground ourselves and be more centered, calm and peaceful, instead of accusing the outside?
Is there a place for love and kindness, unconditional and uninterrupted?
A free flow of energy

Is there a space for understanding,
that everything is just a reflection but going beyond the reflection,
going through the pain instead of getting painkillers,
one can transform,
killing the pain is killing great knowledge and wisdom
Let it be,
Just breathe
Long traditions are getting lost because of our fear of experiencing and facing life as it is.

There are many shades and one needs to be open to see.
Life is right there at all times.
what we make out of it ...

How do we deal with our emotions,
do we dare to face them, or run away
do we mask them,
do we change our realities to make it look more attractive, do we get lost on anger, grief, depression,
do we dare to accept this depression, and go through, come out as new, freshly washed by the rain
do we dare to create our reality or we flow with the currents, against or allong with, do we get influenced by the main stream ?
Do we stop to smell the roses or are we rushed by time and the norms
Is the fear of aging takes us faster to the endpoint of this route
Do we dare to follow our heart or get lost on being too analytical
Are we afraid to be emotional, depressive, childish
How these words became something negative and unwanted
fear of rejection, failure, the irreversible

Why not celebrate each negative state that comes , just like the positive, because we can learn out of it, and evolve, grow, transform.
Why not eat the sour and bitter fruits just like the sweet ones, just like we can find in nature, the sour are just as nutritional as the sweet if not more.
Why not try once, instead of running away, to sit there calmly, breathe and observe what is coming, be with ourself, this troubled and confused one, the weary and tired.
why to care about what the others are thinking and what they tell you to do, they are lost as well
in this big concert of life,
only one knows what is best and that is you,
but which part of you
when you are emotion? when you are mind? when you are fear, when you are hunger or thirst, there is something more out there,
if you sit calmly and watch you will see
you dont need to plan and prepare, but if you sit there and watch, from a distance, you will know for the moment, what is best. not you, the common, usual you , but something inside.
Be friends with the night, just like the night, as they are the same, of the one.
