Inside/Outside the lines
Licenced to do a job
You more likely licence others to treat you as the job and expect you to do things for them.
Is another way to see
Inside/Outside is part of a series of thinking and querying about, the separations we create within our minds, reflected on how societies work, which is rather a reflection of our minds, heart and soul.
Then there are individuals or groups, feeling/being excluded. These separations are mental, and there are people from the one side and people from the other, then there are people watching.
The way the ones are from one side of the line are treated and looked upon a certain way. The whole body language changes, the facial expression, of the people from the other side, once they recognise the visual or other cues that can tell that one belongs to a side.
They are characterised by that.
They can easily be mislead and truly believe, they are that.
While it is merely a reflection of the social structure, rather, than the status of an individual.
An individual is a whole world, a universe, with infinite as well as finite possibilities, based on what is there here and now, but always that free action factor.
There is a clear distinction from the people between these lines. Awareness. Most of the crowd that morphs at people who look different, are not that much aware of what they become themselves, and there is quite lack of knowledge, while the others have learnt to be sensitized. It is the same spectrum of feelings which when goes far from the centre, or balance it becomes to loose sense of their centre , their own being.
Then, why isn't it the other way round, and instead of circling out the few different individuals, why not circling out the other way round , the ones who morph, since if you see this from above, they become one expression, even though they're many, they loose their individuality and become one, discomfort.
Why not recognise this as the problematic face of society. The difficulty to welcome and treat difference. But as nature has shown, diversity is part of it and wins.
Important is now not just how things are but how one looks at them.
Being different is just amazing. Is unique, is a numerous of possibilities of having fun, sharing, and learning out of it.
Why should it be shameful?
But oh well, everything is a process. An instoppable flow of change and movement. That's what we are.
Celebrate diversity. It's great to dare and be.
