every day in creative ways

validation
fear
judgement
criticism

The big demons of our society
inflicting us
every day
are our oun pets
are ourselves

we feed them and feeding on them
lurching in the darkness
not lack of light
but the lack of the light eyes through were they see
see without looking, looking without seeing

the demons of our society
are ourselves

they are ancient
like us

they have been changing names and forms
just as our cognition has been evolving
but in substance
they remain

we remain
unchanged

and keeping feeding our demons
we become
