Look where you usually don't look

 It's good that we have kids 

So they can make us look in places we would never look.

Like the inside of the sofa 

The inside of a teddy bear

We are old because we stop to look in the present

We live in the mind 

We disregard God's creation and instead look at our own creation and so we become trapped and age faster. 

The soul is ever young and playful.

Never dies
